Thank you for shopping with us.  Because each cowhide item is unique and many items are personalized, please review our policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery on non-personalized items only.  Items must be unused and in original condition.

Personalized items

All personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannon be returned or exchanged.

Seller's Choice Items

 Due to the nature and unique nature of cowhide, patterns will vary.  By purchasing, oyu understand that the item received will be seller's choice based on available inventory.  Variations in color, pattern, and texture are not considered defects. 

Damaged Items

Once your return is received, and inspected, we will notify you of approval.  Approved refunds will be issued to noir original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
